Stayed in a comfortably-sized room that was cleaned daily with fresh towels.

Good location down a quiet side street - friendly and helpful staff who provided information and let us leave our bags for a few hours after check out.
I'd say more like 6/7 minutes walk from the night market rather than the stated 3 minutes. Our room was a little dark and tired but was fine for our 1 night stay.

The hotel staff has made great effort to ensure our stay at Chiang Rai is comfortable and without hassle. We like the free morning coffee which is of unique flavor. The massage arranged at the hotel is great as the cleanliness is superb.

I stayed at Baan Warabordee for 12 days and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, with a quiet side road but just a 10-minute walk to the night market, food court, and bus station. There is also a great clothes washing place right across the street. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room on the top floor had a lovely balcony to watch the sunset. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel provides a mini-breakfast with fresh coffee, tea, toast, and more. The price was very reasonable at £17 a night.
Would recommend this hotel.

The design of the hotel is very unique and beautiful. It's quite near the Night Bazaar and Bus Station Terminal 1. It's very convenient to reach the restaurant and shop. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
suggest to provide a small electrical kettle in the hotel room for guests to get hot water for instant noodles/tea/coffee at anytime.

everything was fine, nevertheless a few employees were so relaxed. besides, the location was best possible for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of walking street chiang rai night market. close to a main street and a tower, it was a huge bonus.
